Your new floors look great, now to keep them looking like new for as long as possible!
-You can use Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner and Schmop on your new floors. Bona is specifically designed for hardwood floors, it helps to keep the colours vibrant, and the floors disinfected, all while preserving the state of the wood.
-Never use a mop and water, a steam cleaner, harsh chemicals or cleaners containing wax on your new floors. The chemicals in some cleaners will break down the finish over time. While steam and water will penetrate the wood, potentially causing the floor to swell and deteriorate. Wax based products create a barrier on your floors which prevent additional coats of finish from adhering to the floor.
